January 9-10, 2008
Yesterday we left for Phoenix early to do some shopping for Homemaking Meeting this week and to pick up more beds for the “Redecorating of Cibecue”. Robert thinks he’s in contention for a Nobel Prize.
We did our exercise at the Superstition Springs Mall, then went to Bass Pro Shop, Deseret Book and Arizona Mills. We had lunch at the restaurant at Bass Pro Shop. We bought birthday gifts for President Bonito, Ariel, and Ethan, baptism programs, gifts and cards, washed the truck and bought more cards at a discount paper store near the car wash.
We checked in at the Red Roof Inn and crashed for the rest of the night.
Today we ran around like crazy. We went to Sam’s Club and wanted to develop pictures there, but the machine was broken. We stopped at Michael’s to look at stuff for a Relief Society project that I decided not to do, then found a Wal-Mart where we bought groceries and finally got the pictures developed. Today the exercise spot was Fiesta Mall, where we bought lunch to eat in the truck, then picked up the beds at DI and headed for home about 3:00. We got back just in time to deliver the beds and fix dinner for the Elders.
Despite the rumors, I don't live here anymore
