Cleaned the trailer…Robert disposed of the dead mouse body he found in the trap this morning. We found a huge bug by the church. I tried to include a picture but it took forever to load and I finally gave up.
We visited Tamara and Abbitt. They’re always uplifting. Abbitt got a new job. He lost his job driving the van for the hospital in Whiteriver, and now has a job at the fire department here in Cibecue. It’s a better job, and he told us how he felt he was blessed to get this job. Tamara is able to walk on her broken leg a little bit.
Robert saw Byron and asked if he’d teach a Sunday School lesson and he agreed. Great! One more person to help Robert with his itty bitty Sunday job.
Also talked to Henrietta’s dad. He’s 85 and having trouble keeping track of his money, so Henrietta asked Robert to visit with him. We took him the book the church has published to help people. He said he’d have his grandson read it to him because he can’t see very well any more.
We also gave Cheryl and Ricky a ride to the Community Center and Jared a ride to the apartments, but the people he wanted to visit weren’t home so we took him back to his house.
The weather is still unsettled. It still rains just about every afternoon, but at least that keeps things a little bit cool.
Despite the rumors, I don't live here anymore
